Water for South Sudan

Water for South Sudan delivers sustainable quality-of-life services to and with the people of South Sudan by efficiently providing access to clean, safe water, and improving hygiene and sanitation practices in areas of great need. We are committed to sustainable growth and continued training for our employees. Interactions and services are delivered with warmth, sincerity, and compassion. WFSS has drilled more than 500 clean water wells in rural South Sudan villages since 2005. Our rehabilitation team has repaired more than 200 of our oldest wells. WFSS also provides hygiene education training in every village we serve-534 training programs to date. In 2018, WFSS launched a pilot sanitation program, installing a latrine (toilet facility) at the Zogolona Primary School in Wau. In 2021, the first community-wide water storage and piped distribution system was completed in Pinydit daily serving 10,000+ people and thousands of livestock.
