The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida

Founded in 1964, The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida is the oldest and largest (by assets) community foundation in Florida, serving the citizens of Jacksonville and five surrounding counties: Baker, Clay, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns. Today, The Community Foundation is home to more than 650 individual funds, holds $630 million in assets and has made nearly $640 million in grants since inception. Our mission is to help our donors achieve their philanthropic goals, and to build a better community through civic and philanthropic leadership.
