St. Vincent de Paul Detroit

For over 134 years, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Detroit (SVdPD) has heard and responded to the cries of those we serve, regardless of creed, race or social background, health or gender. All are welcome at our door. SVdPD brings people of all faiths together to build a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need. Through outreach programs that include emergency services, food, clothing and utility assistance, the Society empowers people at critical moments in their journeys and helps lift them from poverty towards a more stable path.
