Project Angel Heart

Founded in 1991, Project Angel Heart's mission is to improve health and well-being for people with life-threatening illnesses by preparing and delivering medically tailored meals and promoting the power of food as medicine. Our team of professional chefs and registered dietitian make each meal from scratch and modify meals according to recipients' medical and dietary needs, ensuring they receive the medically tailored nutrition they need to heal and feel better. Loving volunteers deliver the meals each week, at no cost to recipients, who are Denver and Colorado Springs residents living with cancer, HIV/AIDS, kidney/heart/lung disease, and other life-threatening illnesses.
