Humane Society Silicon Valley

Humane Society Silicon Valley ("HSSV") is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation that has operated continuously since 1929. HSSV's focus is companion animal rescue and homelessness prevention. HSSV serves as a safety net for companion animals in Silicon Valley, sets a national example for innovation and seeks to transform human lives through deeper connections to animals. HSSV is the first organization ever to meet the model shelter standard-of-care guidelines put forth by the Association of Shelter Veterinarians. The impact achieved reflects the quality of the Organization and its people. Animal welfare is HSSV's top priority and HSSV's mission is to save and enhance lives.
