Bartlesville Regional United Way's mission is uniting people, resources, and strategy for the good of our community. We provide leadership by addressing community needs, mobilizing community resources, assessing and prioritizing community needs collectively and appropriately distributing funds and assuring agency accountability all while improving social well-being and maximizing personal growth. Our goal is to provide a process for identifying and assessing community needs.
