The mission of Agriculture Future of America (AFA) is to build bridges for young leaders to foster engagement and innovation in food and agriculture. Founded in 1996 by R. Crosby Kemper, Jr., and other agri-business leaders, AFA offers leader and career development training and scholarships for college men and women pursuing careers in food and agriculture
